Two Crystal Clear 24 inch, short necked balloons. Choose up to three colors that you would like me to use to create your unique, hand dipped, custom balloons.
These balloons are double dipped to help them hold their shape after painting. The balloon will inflate unevenly at first. The layers of paint make some parts of the balloon stronger than others. This distortion will fade as the balloon inflates. Like any balloon, they need to be inflated with care and attention.
These balloons will easily reach 20 inches and with a bit of effort 24 inches but can get even larger for those with a bit of courage. After multiple inflations I have seen them become well over 26 inches.
