The RAB38 balloon comes in a short and XL long neck version. The short neck is made with the new balloon latex formula and is easier to inflate. The XL Long neck version is made with the original latex formula. As the tanks are refilled these two will be made with the new latex formula.

Both versions require extra care and attention when being inflated. The XL version is particularly tricky as the bulb size os so large that if you do not stretch the neck out properly, the air will retract into the bulb and the ability ot get a nic big, fat and long neck will be gone. Inflating bulb first will most likely result in the balloon breaking before the neck emerges. See the instructional video below or visit YouTube
