The WB28 SN black balloon is a 28-inch short neck balloon designed for balloon lovers who love the legendary Q24 shape. It inflates easily and offers two strength options; single dipped for those who like a more delicate balloon experience and double dipped for a more sturdy experience. This is a special limited edition color. A very dark black requires a huge amount of colorant which can weaken the latex. These balloons should not be hoarded. As with most black balloons, they tend to degrade quickly so you need to use them or loose them.
The WB28 Short Neck Balloons are a tribute to the legendary Q24. The Q24 was my personal favoite balloon and it's being discontinued was the reason I learned to make balloons. I took what I loved about the Q24 and made it better and in this case a little bit bigger.
