I have come a long way in the past year. The photo above is something that has not happened in months. There may still be small window here and there but they are fewer and further between! These are artisan, handmade balloons- they can still have flaws.

I dip my balloons multiple times and most will inflate fully without any issues but there may be tiny windows or flaws that can take the pleasure right out of a balloon as visually they may make your internal alarm bells go off. I completely understand and respect this and it is important that I set proper expectations before you buy these balloons.

I stand behind my balloons and that is why thee is a refund policy for any balloons that do not inflate properly.There is a difference between a small flaw that may not look nice but the balloon still inflates just fine and a pinhole. If your balloon has a hole just contact me and take a photo for my learning and I will credit your account so that yo can replace that balloon. I want members to get what they are paying for. I also generally add a balloon or two just in case. both of these solutions should over come any flawed balloons.

I say this in a good friendly way but it needs to be said-if your balloon has flaws and this is going to make it impossible for you to enjoy for whatever reason, PLEASE... do not buy my balloons!
