At 59Balloons, we deeply value the trust our customers place in us to deliver high-quality, handcrafted balloons. However, we understand that things don't always go as planned during shipment. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we’ve crafted a transparent and customer-first Shipping Insurance Refund Policy for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
What’s Covered?
Our shipping insurance covers the following scenarios for packages:
- Loss: If your package disappears from "track and trace" and it does not arrive within a reasonable time frame (6 to 8 weeks).
- Theft: If your package is marked as delivered but is not recovered.
- Damage: If the packaging or items inside are compromised during transit.
Please note that this policy applies only to issues related to packages. Any issues with individual balloon defects, like holes preventing inflation, will be addressed separately—because every balloon deserves its moment to shine!
How to File a Refund Claim
At 59Balloons, we simplify the refund process because no one likes unnecessary red tape just to sort out a frustrating issue. Here's what to do if something goes awry:
- Contact Us Directly
Reach out to me at Will259Balloons.com. Make sure to include your order number and share any details that may help me investigate this further with the carrier. This investigation has no barring on your claim. I will make good on your order but of course if I can claim it from my carrier I will.
- Provide Evidence for Damages
If your package or its contents were damaged, snap a photo of the damage and include it in your email. This assists me in understanding the situation and improving our processes.
- Fulfillment of Replacements
- A replacement order will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible. If your order includes custom balloons, please allow extra time for these to be remade (typically 4–7 days).
- Once your order is ready, it will be carefully repackaged and labeled, and you'll receive a new "track and trace" number whenever possible. Keep in mind that not all carrier services support tracking to all regions.
Timeframe for Claims
You have 30 to 45 days from the day you receive your order (or should have received it) to file a claim under this policy.
Important Conditions
- For damaged packages, photographs of the damage are required. I may request additional details to help me ensure quality control and streamline future shipments.
- This policy is for packages only and does not cover individual balloons with manufacturing defects. Please contact me separately for claims regarding faulty products.
