The WB28 LN black balloon is a 28-inch longneck balloon designed for balloon lovers who love the legendary Q24 shape even more when it has a very long neck. It inflates easily and offers two strength options; single dipped for those who like a more delicate balloon experience and double dipped for a more sturdy experience.
This is a special limited edition color. A very dark black requires a huge amount of colorant which can weaken the latex. These balloons should not be hoarded. As with most black balloons, they tend to degrade quickly so you need to use them or loose them.
