These Crystal Blue 20 inch, short necked balloons are available as single dipped or double dipped.
Single dipped balloons are very much like a traditional balloon. They are delicate and inflate easily. They become a bit hard. They are not squishy.
Double dipped balloons are strong, will get rock hard and very tight when inflated. After several inflations they get softer and quite large.
These balloons will easily reach 18 inches and with a bit of effort 22 inches but can get even larger for those with a bit of courage.
These artisan, handmade balloons are dipped four at a time. Each teardrop shape balloon is unique.
