These hand painted WB28 Short Neck balloons are double dipped for extra strength and can be custom triple dipped for those who like a very strong balloon.
Each balloon is hand painted with a clear or a pastel latex paint on the first layer of latex and then dipped for a second and third time in a clear latex to seal the painted layer between the layers.
The painting helps define just how big these balloons are. Absolutely stunning!
