Shipping Policy for 59Balloons
At 59Balloons, we aim to provide you with reliable and timely delivery of your purchases. We offer shipping services through PostNL and DHL Parcel Connect to ensure your orders reach you quickly and safely.
1. Shipping Providers
We partner with the following shipping carriers:
- PostNL: For domestic and international shipping within the Netherlands and other select EU countries.
- DHL Parcel Connect: For shipping to pack stations in Germany, offering affordable and efficient cross-border delivery.
2. Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Order Cut-Off Times: Orders placed before 10:00 on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping rates:

- Standard Shipping up to 2 kilos : €4,25
- Standard Shipping up to 2-3 kilos : €5,95

- Rates vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and the shipping destination.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

6. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Domestic: Netherlands
- International (EU): Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and other EU countries

7. Customs and Duties
For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, customs and import duties may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
For US customers, tariffs are included in the price of the products. Tariffs are paid to PostNL who will pay them to the US Customs service. All tariifs must be prepaid and a DDP shipping label used to prove that all tarrifs have been paid. There may be additional Surcharges or other official charges made by US Customs that are unknown at the time of purchase. 59Balloons reserves the right to contact members to discuss eventual payment of these extra charges.
Please note that while we include applicable US import tariffs in our product prices and ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), tariff rates are subject to change by government authorities. In the event of significant tariff increases after your order is placed, we reserve the right to contact you with updated pricing before fulfillment. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you do not agree to any price adjustment.

- In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping and product charges will apply to reship the order.
